About Me

Since becoming a psychologist, I've had valuable experiences in community, forensic, addiction, and general psychiatry settings. In recent years my focus has been on work with the deeper issues involved in depression, anxiety, addiction, personality difficulties, and developmental trauma. On the days I'm not engaged in private practice, I work at a private mental health clinic in Melbourne’s inner east, working with both inpatients and outpatients.

I am passionate about exploring with clients the reasons they have come to their suffering in the present, so that the most effective and lasting treatment can be employed. I aim to integrate the most helpful and evidence-based treatment techniques available, tailored to meet a client's unique needs. These include (but are not limited to) techniques from CBT, mindfulness, DBT, Schema Therapy, Ego State Therapy and ACT.
